I am a problem solver at heart and the story of the Moonthlies menstrual disc is no different.  When I learned about menstrual disc I was intrigued.  I loved the overall concept of them.  No fussy fits, no complicated folds and the huge benefit of mess free period sex - what more could I want in a reusable menstrual product.  

There was just one problem…..  I couldn’t find one that I loved.  I  tried every menstrual disc on the market looking for the perfect fit combined with ease of use.  Not one of them was right.  

I decided to take matters into my own hands. If the existing companies couldn’t design the perfect menstrual disc then I was just going to do it myself. With the encouragement of those around me and the help of two of my daughters, I went to work designing the perfect menstrual disc. What you see is the results of countless hours of work designing and redesigning to produce the perfect menstrual disc.
